Mondo creates limited edition screen printed posters for our favorite classic and contemporary films, in addition to vinyl movie soundtracks, VHS re-issues, and apparel. We also have a permanent gallery space in Austin, TX featuring a mix of original artwork and limited edition screen prints.

FAQ: General

1. Q: Whats the best way to find out about your releases? I keep missing out.

A: We often announce new releases at least a day before our sale through our Newsletter. On the day of the sale, we make an announcement on Twitter @MondoNews and facebook as soon as the prints are released on our website.

2. Q: I missed a release. Will you be printing more?

A: All of our products are limited editions and will never be reprinted or repressed. So, in other words, if we say there will be 200 copies, that is how many will be released.

3. Q: SO sad! Your system doesn't hold things in people's carts?

A: When we release a poster, we get a very large number of people trying to shop at the same time, and unfortunately having something in the shopping cart doesn't mean it's reserved. The only way the item comes out of inventory and into your home is once you've paid for it.

4. Q: Can I purchase two of the same poster?

A: No, we have a no-duplicates policy on all posters. This means one-per-person, household, credit card, etc.

5. Q: Can I get a refund on a gift card?

A: We're sorry, but gift cards are nonrefundable.

6. Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Because our products are limited, all sales are final. If you have any questions on this policy please contact us.

FAQ: Shipping

7. Q: When will I get my order?

A: Typically orders ship within 3-4 weeks of the release via USPS 1st class or Priority Mail. Logistics sometimes prevent us from shipping orders right away, so large releases may take a bit longer. If you suspect your order has been lost or not processed contact us right away!

8: Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?

A: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order is shipped.

9. Q: I'm local. Can I pick up my order at the Gallery?

A: Absolutely. Please contact us here, or email us directly at store@mondotees.com to request a Gallery pick up. Please refrain from replying to your order confirmation, or any automated e-mail from us. We will send you an email and update twitter @MondoGallery when specific prints are available to be picked up. And we refund your shipping fees upon pick up!

10. Q: I placed an order earlier today and have another outstanding order from last week. Could you combine the two orders to save money on shipping?

A: We are happy to combine orders! Please contact us after your purchases have been made. You will be refunded for any additional shipping fees upon shipment. Be advised that combining orders can add processing time to the shipment.

11. Q: I received my poster/vinyl/VHS, and it was damaged. Is it possible to get a replacement?

A: Most of the time, yes! Don't hesitate to email us at damages@mondotees if you have an issue with your order and we will get you sorted out. Please be sure to include your order number and a brief summary of the issue in the email.
