If your email regards an order, please be sure to include the following information: Date ordered; order number; name; address & email used for your order. Including all of this info will definitely speed up our response to you.
Okay, I placed my order….when will I get it?
We like to think we’re pretty quick about getting orders out, but it could take up to 48 hours for it to be shipped. Weekends, holidays and high volume online traffic may delay this slightly. Depending on location, orders tend to arrive 2-3 business days after ordering. However, we kindly ask that U.S. customers allow at least 5-7 business days for delivery and that International customers allow at least 7-10 business days for delivery, after processing. International customers please also consider custom holds may delay your delivery.
I bought a medium shirt and I think I need a large. Can I exchange?
We’d be glad to exchange your order within 7 days from when your order was received. Shoot us an email at Store@MondoTees.com within 48 hours of receipt and we’ll let you know how to proceed with sending it back. Items must still be in new, un-worn condition. If an item is out of stock that you’re exchanging, you will receive store credit. We do NOT offer refunds.
How will I know when you shipped my stuff?
All packages ship from Austin, Texas and will include a tracking number that will be emailed to you upon shipment. We CAN NOT ship FedEx to PO Boxes, FPO's or APO's. FedEx shipments can be tracked at FedEx.com and USPS shipments at USPS.com.
How do you ship your posters?
We pride ourselves in our packing. We ship our posters in heavy-duty Kraft telescoping double walled tubes. We make sure that each end has bubble wrap placed in before we insert the poster. The poster is carefully rolled in Kraft paper and the tube is sealed with packing tape.
I slept on a release and now it’s sold out. If I ask nice, will you reprint them?
All of our posters are limited editions and will NEVER be reprinted. So, in other words, if we say there will be 200 posters printed, that is how many will exist on the planet. We recommend that you follow us on Twitter or subscribe to our blog so you get the news on when our releases are going down.
